How long until I receive my new bike?

That depends on a couple of things. If you have ordered a non-custom bike such as the Dutchie or Messenger your order will generally be dispatched within 3 days of you placing your order. If you have ordered a pre-built custom built bike such as them Speedracer, Urban, Duke or Concordia your order needs to be repacked for shipping.

Depending on the volume of orders awaiting assembly it can take up to 5 days for your bike to be lovingly dispatched. If you need your bike sooner then that give us a call on 03 9918 8000 (ask for the bicycle department) to check the current build time.

How long does delivery take?

We ship our bikes Australia wide with Startrack express for metro areas in the following states Victoria usually overnight, NSW/ACT up to 2 days, QLD/SA/TAS up to 3 days, WA up to 4 days, NT up to 5 days for regional areas please allow another day. Once your order is dispatched you will be emailed a tracking reference number so you can trace your parcel for updates on the ETA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies per item. For complete bicycles, it is only $19.00 Australia Wide (excluding WA and NT which is $39.00) 

We can ship internationally but it is very expensive so please email us for a quote.

Does the bike come fully assembled?

Unfortunately our delivery partner, Star Track Express, will not allow us to freight assembled bikes around Australia. Therefore, we do as much assembly as we possibly can here in Melbourne before packaging into a carton.

There is some assembly required upon receiving however this is minimal and should not take any more than 30 minutes. All the hard stuff is done before dispatch our end and the only assembly required your end is:

  • Install Front Wheel On
  • Insert Seat Post Into Frame
  • Mount handle bars to head set (note all controls are already connected to handle bars)
  • Install pedals to crank


Do your bikes come with brakes?

Yes!. All of our bikes come with front and rear brakes fitted as standard. We do this to comply with the Australian design regulations.


What's a flip flop hub/ What's a fixed gear bike?

The Mojo Bike Urban, Speed Racer and Concordia models come equipped with a unique flip flop hub allowing you to switch between a 'freewheel' and also a 'fixed gear'.

The majority of our customers use the 'Freewheel' option initially and then after they have build up their confidence switch to the 'fixed gear'. Note that both sprockets come already attached to the rear hub and to switch between the two options is done by simply removing the rear wheel rotating it 180' then reinstalling the wheel.

For those of you not familiar with the term fixed gear, it basically means the cranks will be rotating as the rear wheel rotates - if the wheel is rolling forward the cranks will be rotating forward and if the wheel is rotating backwards the cranks too will be rotating backwards. This is the same system used on track racing bicycles that are ridden in the velodrome.

Payment options:

We accept payment through a number of methods, some are online while others are offline - ultimately like our bikes the choice is yours. We can process payments made through all the major credit-cards, direct deposit and PayPal.


If you received an item that was damaged upon arrival or the incorrect item was delivered, then you should contact us immediately so we can get it sorted. To make the return process speedy, you will be provided with an RMA number for your item so we can get to work on helping you out.

You should then package up your item with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package and return it to us. Once we get it back, we'll give you a heads-up to let you know we've solved the problem.

Returns can only be accepted within thirty-days of the purchase date. We don't accept returns because you've changed your mind, so choose carefully.




We offer 12 month limited parts only warranty on our bikes.

We warrant that all products are free from defective material and defective workmanship, and we agree to replace or repair (at our discretion) any part that proves to be defective, without charge (conditions apply). This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision.

Warranty does not cover lack of maintenance; examples include non adjustment of bolts, lack of adjustment for chain and so on. Warranty does not cover consumable products such as brake pads, tires and/or general wear and tear items.

In the event of a fault of a part or product, we require the faulty part or product to be sent back to us as per our returns policy. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs of returning any faulty item back to us. We shall be responsible for the postage costs incurred when we send the replacement part back to the buyer.

This is the same policy as any other retailer in Australia; the customer is responsible for transport costs of any defective item, back to the retailer. If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged, any refund provided will be less postage costs.
